During this pandemic, the lexperiemce isn’t to easy. Online would work better.

I was told by two sales representatives that my recipe would be emailed to me it’s now day two still no email poor customer service also when text was sent it was sent to the wrong number and she asked me for my card PIN number I looked at her like she was crazy I told her to give me the payment advice and I will privately put in my own pin why would I give you my PIN number with all this fraud and identity theft going on in the world I feel she shouldn’t have asked me to give her my pin not happy with this experience dealing with the sales rep.

My experience was good. What kept it from being exceptional, was just the variety of rings I was looking for. The majority of the rings are on the delicate side. I was looking for something a little more eye catching, which I found 2 ...but would have loved more choices.

I really like Pandora. It’s a nice store. You can create a timeline. You guys need to lower these prices I have more sales.

Jewelery looks scratched and I bought for xmas present hopefully she can exchange for another one

I wish there would have been more Mickey Mouse/Disney charms.

You guys need to have lower prices. Us people wit low money want to buy pretty stuff too. Maybe more discounts or something ?
