There was a long line and wait. The associate didn’t know a lot of the prices or where to look the prices up at and I was given the wrong price on 2 of the 3 items I wanted to purchase. It was unprofessional in my opinion.

I love the items at Pandora, wish some of the things can be more affordable. The women attending to my sale, was not as knowledgeable with prices, she had to go back and forth looking for prices through book.

I was highly satisfied because it was so easy to find people and see how they all interacted and made me feel connected

Too expensive

I would like to see a increase of selection for the Pandora Rose charms. The limited amount made me choose another charm.

The sales associate who took care of us was very friendly and knowledgeable being able to assist us with our exchange.

My family and I waited more than 10 minutes to finally have someone approach. There was a lady who, seemed to be a manager, did not once care to ask if we were doing alright, rather, she was just staring in open space- that attitude to me is highly disrespectful and unacceptable as a customer. The sales associates however, were very pleasant.
