I am never highly satisfied no one is perfect. I enjoyed my experience with Carol she was amazing and I was highly satisfied with her help and knowledge.

The sales associate was very friendly, complimentary and located items that were not available on the sales floor.

The sales associate was knowledgeable and some what friendly. It took awhile for the associate to open up and feel more comfortable. At times at the start the associate was giving a vibe of rudeness but overall the associate was very helpful.

They brought out the display case with the charms and the container they were in they were marked $45 each but when the card file was scanned they came up as $55.00 and was told the card file was gospel. This card file pricing process took for ever as the scanner could not read some and was done again and could not find the Angel we picked because our grandson had died. Slow process to check out!

Overall I was Highly satisfied. There was a few items that I was looking for that was not found. Because how things are categorized in the store. Online is a little easier, but I like to see products up close so I don't have to return things if they are not exact. I Loved everything else about my experience shopping at this store. Very friendly and helpful people.

I don't feel that ranking your store satisfied is bad at all. I'm not going to give a highly satisfied comment when I don't feel it's worthy. Being in the retail business myself, I try and go over and above expectations and this wasn't my experience.
