It seemed a little difficult to find the charms I came in for. The sales attendant tried to help me find them, but it seemed like it wasn't clear where they were. I was just in a hurry, but the process was a little slower than I needed that day.

The prices change so fast she quotes one price but then looks up in the book and five dollars more

I love Pandora. During this visit the sales person was ok. However sometimes when I shop at this location some of the sales staff are not as friendly. Sometimes I don’t feel valued. Know that my last visit this was not the case.

Not much to choose from for the promotional gifts..

Because the charm had finger prints on it & it was the last one in stock. I don't like to be shown motley merch.

the price of the items....pandora need to lower the prices so it can be more affordable

Very nice staff, and a pretty good selection of charms. But they got rid of a charm I was looking for which I was upset about. They also don’t have one charm I’m looking for at that certain location.

I think the product is over priced, but Pandora has been getting away with it for years sadly.

The price is high, but that’s the same for every store.

Many items were retired. No new items in its place. I only had 3 rings to choose from. I really needed a better selection.
