Pandora closed on Saturday because of the snow storm. I wish they would have been a little more giving in the fact that I still went to the store on Saturday to find that they were closed it should've been updated on the Web site for this store. I did return on Sunday to make my purchase.

Everything was okay, but items were very pricey. Also, I purchased a bracelet which I asked for the rose color but was told not available, but the other associate asked which color did I want. So I was a little confused...

The display is not visible, you got to ask to many questions just to see a charm. When I walked in I wanted something to catch my eye.

it was a busy day and the sign in sheet was not in an easily accessible place, so i did not realize there was a sheet. and when i asked the sales associate if that was the sign in sheet, she did not answer me and handed it to someone who got there about 1/2 hour after me.

I liked most of the merchandise but I feel like some could have been better. I looked at many beautiful items but they all had minor details that made me not want to buy it. Overall the service was perfect and the transaction was easy and I ended up buying something anyways.

There was a waiting list and I knew that I have to put myself on it but there was no one to help me with that and finally when someone came up to me she looked lost and really didn’t know what she supposed do. The assistant I got was really nice but she didn’t know answer to my questions about the product I was looking for .

Sales associate was having trouble finding a specific charm we were looking for, also wasn't really listening to us when we responded to her questions.
