I was just frustrated with the fact that almost all of the rings come in max size of 9. Some of us have bigger fingers, it would just make sense to carry larger ring sizes of all your rings not just a few...

Went to exchange bracelet for the right size. They didn't have the style so I needed to choose other style. Ended up costing me additional $20 to replace.

For starters my first visit to your store cost me almost $1200.00. This was back just before mothers day for a gift for my wife. When I did return recently I found out that all the items purchased were not on my name at your store and they allowed someone else to use my name to return things I never bought, this tells me that your customer base is lousy. I think you need to look into this.

Walked into the store with no other clients, store was crowded with employees and nobody acknowledged me until I said hi myself. I’ve sold jewelry for years, and the atmosphere wasn’t very welcoming.

I had to wait 15 min for an associate to help me, those who walked in got faster service than me who was just picking up an order. And I REALLY can NOT believe that those who purchased in store got their boxes and bag for free, I had to pay extra for boxes for each item I bought. REALLY??!! I spent $250. and had to buy boxes for gifts. And if I bought in store then o would have gotten faster service and free boxes and bags. UGH

Associate almost lost my business due to lack of knowledge of merchandise or laziness. Told and showed me only a few clips were available until I specifically inquired to see more that I saw online. Then she finally showed me clips from another section that would also work with my type of bracelet

I was satisfied with my experience i just won't likely return within 90 days as I plan on ordering any items online in the future.

I purchased a bracelet for my mother’s and my daughters purchased one for me. Told the sales person it was our first time here and didn’t know what we needed. Nether of the salesperson told use we needed to buy a security chain to prevent the bracelet coming off. We where told the clamp was very secure and it wouldn’t open easily. The sales woman put mine on for me. Well mine came off the very same day!!!! The bracelet and all of my charms are gone. Went back to the store and the saleswoman tells me they should have sold me a security chain and the clips to lock in the charms. None of that was explained to us by either sales person before. So that’s $300+ down the drain because they didn’t offer us a $50-$75 charm. Very disappointed that a $300 bracelet would come off that easily
