Had to wait two days for a cleaning only for it to not be cleaned anymore than a 5 minute cleaning

Price of items say one price and your told difference price then the one showing if 60 how is it 115 dollars?

I found an item on online that I was looking to purchase in store but it was a higher price that the price online .

I was looking for a charm for my daughter in law. They just lost their dog after fourteen years with him. I wanted to get her a paw print charm and you had two. I took a picture and told the sales girl that I wanted to text my son for his opinion. She wasn’t happy, but waited for me to get a reply. She just put my sale through when my son said wait, I think you should really get the other one instead. I apologized to the girl and asked if she could void the sale and start over. She said no I can’t we’ll have to start all over putting your info in, we need to go to the other register. She did a refund/exchange and I paid her the $10+ increase in the price. I apologized three times to her during the course of the transaction and she never once replied. She could have said something like it’s no problem, or glad you got the one she’ll really like. Anything. Nothing at all.

Was not fitted the right way for my ring size. She just based it on the size of the display instead of actually measuring the actual size. Friendly employee but it would of been nice to have the right size the first time instead of having to come back again.

When I explained to the salesperson why I was making the exchange she looked as thought she didn’t understand what I was saying. Even when I further explained I felt a little resistance from her. She actually walked away (later finding out she was the manager) and let someone else assist me. She was very unprofessional until we got to the final transaction. It is then when I received her uninterrupted attention (so phony).

Spent around $900.00 and received only 2 free bracelets . Someone can spend $200.00 and received the same. You figure it out, doesn’t make sense to me.

It was very hard to locate the item I wanted and was sent to 4 locations. The original location at Water Tower my original sales rep had no knowledge of the products, lacked cs skills, as well as any enthusiasm to help me. After requesting the Manager, Mary Beth, she was helpful in trying to locate the item.

The sales person didn't seem to know how to operate the new sliding bracelet. And she was a bit pushy trying to sell me more items than I was ready to buy.

I personally don't care for the jewelry. I only went in and bought something for a niece.
