I spent a large amount of money for bridal party and family gifts and when I came to exchange they took every person after me because they were buying and I was exchaning. I have been at the store since 10, it is now 12 and I still am waiting to have my items exchanged. The associates do not know pricing at all, everything I wanted they didn't have in stock. Just not satisfied with this location and the staff lies to you in order to make a sale. Will never return.

There were three sales associates working and each busy with a customer when I arrived. I patiently waited for one of I become available and finally after 10-15 minutes of waiting the next sales associate waited on a woman who had just walked in and I said out loud “I’ve been waiting and they just go ahead and take the woman who just walked in”everyone ignored my comment and I continued to wait an additional 5 minutes and finally I’m waited on. I was there for a last minute birthday gift so I didn’t have a choice but to wait but if I wasn’t so pressed for time I would have walked out and not given them my business. I will not return here ever again!

Brought in two full bracelets to be clean. Picked them up two days later and they looked like they hadn’t even touched. Had to clean them all over myself.

Before walking inside the store. A lady who at that time, I wasn’t sure if she was an associate or customer, asked me rudely “If I was window shopping or going to make a purchase?” I told her I wasn’t sure and does it matter? She then had an associate of the store come assist me. Then I was asked rudely about my mask. Which I did have a mask on but due to the noise in the store, from others talking in the store, I pulled my mask down for the lady associate to hear me, and she rudely said, I needed to pull my mask up to continue to speak. I wanted to not buy the almost $300 worth of merchandise I purchased. Also they did not honor the promotion that had ended that day for me. I think it was to get a free bangle. Which ended on the 13th. Same day I made my purchase. Probably will not go back to this location. But love Pandora.

The sales associate who took care of me did not honor my previous coupon. I spend a lot of money in the store. She's GREAT at upselling AND I don't trust her. I told her I had a specific chain and was looking at charms to go on the chain. She showed me charms for a chain I bought as a gift and told me the charms would fit on the chain. They don't. I am infuriated and feel taken. I won't go back to the store. I think they are sneaks. I won't EVER buy another piece of Pandora jewelry from JAHAIRA S.

The sale associated was rude made me feel as if I didn't belong there I exchanged a charm I had 2 the same he took it looked it all over said it needed to be buffed it was new took it to the back left me standing there 1st he said he couldn't find me in the system that was about 15 minutes to finally say oh yeah I see it now didn't apologize just rude no customers service skills at ALL I am a business owner and customer service is the most important part of the job

She didn’t seem to happy she rush me help me didn’t seem to want to help me made feel uncomfortable service could been better.I don’t know why u comin in store they show the high item need show u less ask what the budget, that drive me crazy
