Pandora Jewelry

After selecting the item I wanted to purchase I asked the associate about mailing the gift to my sister out of state. She acted as if she didn't know they shipped products. Then after taking down the shipping information she never asked me my contact information so I know when it would be shipped. Not very proactive at all. I had to asked all the questions. I called the store the next afternoon to find out if the manager was shipping the item that day and was told she was not available but would call me back when item was shipped and that I would get tracking information vial my email address. The associate never call me back and when the tracking information appeared in my email didn't say Pandora.

Had a return with in 8 days, merchandise was still in boxes, manager wasn’t helpful at all

Small choice. quality of charms declined. Overpriced no special promotions to apply.

I was over charged for my purchase. I felt rushed during my time with sales person. The wrong items still on my receipt

we knew what we wanted when we walked in. we were shown boxed sets ( not what we asked for) and when we refused.. were left to walk around to see if we could find anything on our own. We found one and asked to see it - the clerk broke it before we had hands on it. Were offered no options. I have shopped at other Pandora stores and had no trouble.. good service and customer care.. This Joliet store was very bad and I will not go there again.

Sized my finger wrong. The ring was stuck on my finger.

Because when you going to the store is set that the items were on sale and it's funny that the items are the people were looking for were not on sale it it's not clear when you put certain pieces on sale it's either the whole store cause you ran an ad it said Hey set for 40 percent off and all of your self and obviously it was not on sale except for the cheap items that you have in the store

This was my first time there and I felt extremely rushed and it felt like I was a bother to the saleswomen. I wanted my bracelet and charm to be perfect and I felt like she was annoyed the whole time. For the price I paid I don't think that was really appropriate.

The sales associate I had was nice. But the cashier that ring me up was very rude. And the selection of charms that the store had for hairstylist was ridiculous. And the price of the merchandise was insane!!!!

During the holidays the checkout process should be more streamlined. I can understand waiting my turn to get into the store and be helped but not to check out. Spending almost $400 in a "jewelry store" should be an in and out affair.
