First off I purchased a princess ring. Left the store showed my husband and put it on my finger and it broke. I returned it with no issues. Great job there. Secondly, as I browsed for more pendants for my leather bracelet the new associate showed me about the chain pendant I’m not sure what it’s called and she broke my bracelet they offered me 25% off of another one. Are you kidding me????? Or they said I could get a repair and be without my bracelet for up to 2 weeks. This is ridiculous. So now I either pay for a new one with a discount or be without my bracelet for the holidays?? I find it extremely inconvenient when I’m not the one who broke my bracelet. Why In the world should I have to suffer from this and go without. What they could have done was just exchanged it for me for the same exact one. I will go to corporate with this issue. This is crazy. I feel like I have be stollen from. Not cool.

We were greeting upon entry into the store, and I advised the associate that I already knew what I wanted. However, she still walked away and my boyfriend and I had to go up to the counter to request assistance because all of the associates were just standing there talking to each other. The associate who assisted us (the same one who greeted us) was not overly friendly or welcoming.

Needed to return items. Paid with cash. Could not return because they said they didn’t have enough cash. Store should not take cash if you can’t return cash! Disgusting! This has happened before, same nonsense.

Cant get through to talk to a live person- they don’t return your call. The bracelet broke after only two days and now I’m getting a run around .

The sales lady Did not package one of my charms but gave me an empty box, then when I called she said I never bought it. Which I clearly did. I had to drive back to the mall 25 minutes away from my house to go get it

Salesperson Maria,Joliet Location was snippy,didn't know the answer to my questions and then walked away from me when I was talking to her. Sent someone else over didn't help the situation. I left🥴

The manager at the Joliet mall lied about the store hours so I wouldn't call them and lied about online ordering. I was told I could call customer service to get the free bracelet on an order already placed... I called and they said no it doesn't work like that.

I bought a gift and did not receive a gift receipt, when tried to exchange for a bigger size less then a week later the associate said it have been worn.
