I ordered 2 charms via online through my Pandora account. I shipped one and had the other one in-store pickup. When arriving at the store to pick up my charm, it was under the person’s name that I shipped the other charm to and the associate did not release my charm to me, even tho I showed them my confirmation email, my Pandora account with the purchased receipt and the customer service line was closed. I ended up canceling that in-store pick up and purchasing the same charm separately. This was so inconvenient, I will never shop at this store again. Like I have my ID, the purchase receipt, but because I shipped the other charm in someone else’s name, it rolled over to my charm for in-store pickup. The associates could of just given me the charm as I had the receipt, told them it was a surprise for the other person and didn’t want to have to call her to send me a picture of her ID just to pick up this charm. I had the receipt and I’ve spent well over $3,000-8,000 with pandora and I had to experience this insult and inconvenience.

The attendant seemed bothered to serve me. I was a first time customer and honestly only went to purchase to figure out what the hype was about. I asked to see a few items and the associate seemed annoyed that I wanted to see a few items. I was really interested in a mickey set, a teardrop ring and the timeless elegance ring. Because i couldn't make up my mind, I was going to purchase all 3, however the associate seemed too bothered to take the rings out again, so i opted for the one I had out (teardrop). At the end of the transaction she asked if i wanted to wear it out, which i did, but i also requested a box (for storage later) and she rolled her eyes. This sole experience makes me never want to return. I have had the ring now for less than a week and its luster is gone. I prefer to purchase higher end jewelry like MK, Kate Spade and Coach and thought that pandora would be my go to, but this was sadly not the case.

My 19 year old son was sold a chain necklace and a pendent that clearly didn't go with the necklace, being immature he misplaced the receipt. I went in to exchange and was greeted by a Valerie who insulted me when she had the audacity to say " my other necklaces must not be real silver if they don't tarnish". My other necklaces are Tiffany &Co, not Pandora. She was rude and reflected the attitude of not wanting to be bothered. She needs some sensitivity training classes being at that level. Will never visit that location and will tell others of my experience with her. The nerve of one of your employees.

I had visited the Pandora store in Joliet, Illinois at the mall and had zero issues with my interaction. I purchased a ring for my fiance and made it clear that it was a Christmas gift for her and received help on sizing and selection. While at the store the associate discussed our engagement plans and any wedding plans that may have been made, and I mentioned that we also recently had twin girls. My issue came on the following day, however. My fiance had gone into the store(with our twins) to get information on repairs for a ring she already had, and the associate asked her about the twins and connected myself and my fiance together. She then found it appropriate to tell my fiance that I had purchased a ring in the store the day before, ruining the Christmas present that I had for her. Working in a jewelry store, especially during the holidays, I would expect discretion from the employees and not to tell the person about a ring that was bought for them. Very frustrated about how this turned out.

I inquired about a specific item and the associate on the phone was rude. Did not want to put item on hold until i got there.

My sales person was rushing me, not showing me an of the products. Simply a horrible expierence. Not returning to this location.

I specifically told the sales associate I had a budget of $30 - $35 since the gift was something my 17-year-old son was buying for me. I told her I did NOT want him spending more than $35 on me. He had been to the store but did not realize that there was more than one kind of bracelet or the charms I already had. Suggestion.. The store should keep a phone track of what charms a particular phone number has purchased so that way others know what they can purchase for said person. She directed me to a set of clips in the top half of the display … I chose one when I get to the register the clip was $45 I ask told the cashier “ I thought they were $35.. she said no its $45. I was on my lunch break and did not have time look around AGAIN and to stand in line AGAIN, but I did call the store on my way back to work. They said I could come back and return it. So now I have to go back to the mall just to exchange for something I should have been sold in the first place I have purchased many items bracelet and charms (hence why my youngest wanted to get me a charm) since all his other siblings have given me charms. This is the 1st time I have had a bad expericence. NOT HAPPY

Store visit went well. On the other hand I ordered from your online store and was shorted a charm. I've attempted to reached someone several times and had no luck. Customer service is very bad from your online store. I would never recommend anybody do business with your online store.
