The sales rep, Jahaira S., she was amazing! I work in Human Resources in another capacity and seeing how much she cared for just my well being and in assisting me, really made me feel like there’s good people still in the world! I had a sentimental piece and it was discontinued and she went above and beyond to ensure i received a replacement. Not many people will do that for just anyone. My heart was broken initially when she told me it was discontinued, she asked me to hold on and came back and had everything resolved. If COVID wasn’t a thing right now, i was going to hug that girl from all the happiness she brought to me! It’s good to have employees like that, i wanted to be sure you knew how valuable and amazing she is!
