John the sales associate was awesome. Patient and made recommendations that would enhance the look of my bracelets. Walked me through the cleaning process and explained the timing of when I would be able to pick up my bracelets.

Lauryn was amazing and so helpful. I told her that I needed to add to my daughters collection and it was her 14th birthday. We chatted about my daughter for a while and then Lauryn showed me so many cute things I could barely stop myself. I’m so happy with my purchase. I’ll be shopping Lauryn at Pandora again very soon.
