Well when my wife, my son, and I walked into pandora in the Louis Joliet Mall we were immediately greeted. A man named John helped us and he was nothing short of extremely professional and actually helped my wife and I pick 2 of the most BEAUTIFUL spacers for her Pandora charm bracelet and both my wife and I are still in awe of them. He was very respectful, very attentive to our needs, and very VERY respectful.
