I made my purchase by phone to be delivered to my home from the Joliet store in Illinois. Karina was very pleasant and knowledgeable to work. I have made a purchase with her in the past and was also very pleased at service!

Tatiana H. was the sales associate that assisted me with my purchase. Tatiana was very helpful and patient, as I was unsure what charm to get and kept asking her to pull the charms out so I could look. I was shopping for a gift so Tatiana was very helpful in explaining return options and was extremely nice when I asked for a gift receipt, which she printed right away.
