The salesperson was very friendly and open. Although the were a couple of snags, she quickly resolved them with the assistance of the manager (I believe). I liked that there was consistent cleaning after each customer contact.

I came into the store somewhat indecisive on the gift i was going to buy for my relative. Erica was supergirl helpful in choosing what would make a great gift. She knew i wanted something for myself as well & sold me the cutest set of charms to share with my mom! Loved it !
