Carolina our Sales Associate was very knowledgeable. We told her what we were looking for and she knew exactly where the charms were located. She showed us everything available in what we were looking for.

I liked the offer very much and the shop assistant was very kind and patient.

I spoke with Sierra over the phone and asked a few questions, she answered me and I told her I was on my way in... she greeted me at the door and was most polite and professional. She worked with me and helped me with selections when needed. This is the prime example of customer service. Even though she helped she let me make my own decisions regarding purchase and gave me great alternatives when she did not have what I was asking for.

Definitely was a good experience, I received a ton of knowledge on all the products!
