I was able to purchase a charm my granddaughter wanted for her birthday that was out of stock online. The store is the closest one to me and it is very clean and welcoming.

I loved the staff that helped me, i even love that they wear the merchandise because when i seen a bracelet on one of the employees it made me wanna buy it

Customer service is always spot on. I have never had any issues any time I visit Pandora. Usually when an item is out of stock, I’m shown the next thing like it.

Sales associate was very knowledgeable and friendly. I wasn’t sure what type of bracelet to purchase and she was patient enough to let me try on different styles.

The sales associate was amazing! She knew immediately what product I wanted just by my verbal description. She was patient with my questions and ensured I received everything that I wanted. The store was very clean and organized and I was in and out in minutes.
