Being my first time visiting and no knowledge of the merchandise my sale associate Liz was a great help knowledgeable friendly and outgoing personality a definite asset to the company based solely on those merits alone I will definitely be spending more time and money at the beautiful location in the Louis Joliet mall

My sales person Jahaira was very helpful and patient with me. It was my first time actually in Pandora, I would always walk pass and let my daughter pick out and do my shopping for me. I’m glad that I chose to go in myself and what a great atmosphere I experienced.

the customer service was great at this location. The sales associate held a great conversation with me and I know exactly what I was looking for and she was able to locate it for me with no problem.
