I was Highly satisfied with my experience at Pandora. Andrea L was a big help in assisting my family and I. She was the best. Extremely helpful, nice and patient. She made our visit so much fun which resulted in us staying in the store for about two hours. She answered any question we had, and never gave us a sign that she was irritated or bothered as some associates would dealing with customers for a long period of time. We spent over 200 dollars, but we were all very satisfied with our purchase thanks to her!

The sales associate was available shortly after our arrival, but there is always a wait at the store at night. She was friendly and quick to find what I needed. The selection of sale items was very small and only Christmas related.

Tatiana was the best associate that could’ve helped me. Thoroughly went through prices, helped me apply for a credit card, and helped me find rings that look amazing together and a bracelet with clips that look perfect. Will definitely be coming back!

Michelle was very helpful with the ring I wanted to exchange. I had purchased 14 months earlier and it had broken in half. She originally said I wouldn’t be able to exchange it because it had been over a year. She spoke to a manger and said they could do it this one time.
