Felt very welcoming as soon as walking the store.

My last experience with pandora was not so great. This time for sure made up for it. I was trying to get my mom a ring for Christmas, I had to be sneaky because she was in the store. Christina came up and started to help us and I asked her if she could step aside to help me with something I was looking for , when really I was trying to sneakily purchase this ring without my mom knowing In a timely manner. Literally, Christina went above and beyond to make this happen. This was the best customer service I have received from anywhere in a while. Not only did she help me out with plotting a ridiculous plan to surprise my mom, she explained everything so well, she was so sweet, and she got everything done so quick. I will continue to visit this location as long as she is there. She really made my day.

I was not sure what I wanted to purchase and the sales associate, Christina S., was very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable.

I had to sign in to have an associate help, but got helped with the minute I had to sign in! There was no line, when normally during this time there is sometimes a line of 10 people waiting to get helped!

I really appreciate how the associate was able to to help me and give me good advice for a good bracelet and was able to get in and put really fast

The Pandora workers are very friendly and make the store visit enjoyable. There is always some at the front to greet people even on extremely busy days. And the prices are affordable and good sales.

Jenny the girl that works there is amazing! She knew everything and knew where everything was at. Everyone was so nice! The place is amazing!

Staff was extremely nice . Staff was very hard working on such a busy day to make you happy with your purchases but move you in and out quick because they were working so hard and had a lot of staff to keep things moving.
