Customer service was excellent. We were greeted upon coming into the store. And we were helped right away.

The staff in the joliet mall location are always friendly. Im always greeted with a smile and offered water upon my visit. I never feel pressured to make a purchase when i come in. I am a multiple repeat customer at this location as well.
