Excellent customer service and a nice variety to choose from.

I have always been a frequent customer at Pandora as I would always seek to go there for any gifts. Whether it be for my boss, my family, co workers, friends etc. When I got a coupon in the mail for $25 off, I decided to finally get myself something. When I went in I already had an idea of what I wanted from seeing the catalogue. I was greeted and met with a wonderful employee named Tyler. He was SO patient throughout the whole process with me. I didn’t know my ring size and he helped me find my ring size and I am so grateful! After I had found what I wanted in the size I needed. I placed them on hold until my coupon was valid to be able to come back and use it. When I had came back, a lovely woman named Aida had helped me with the check out process and she was so talkative and friendly the atmosphere is just good with such lovely and kind employees. Will be coming in, in a few days again to find a gift for my boss. Definitely recommend the Pandora in joliet IL.

Personnel is very personable

My sales person Sierra asked me what I was looking for and she helped me to find the perfect charm for my necklace. Also once I walk through the door I was greeted with a hello and a smile. Most of all while having great conversation, Sierra was very patient and professional with me.

The sales associate was absolutely the reason I left happy. She helped me with several choices and never rushed me or pushed me. She did a really great job.

Very helpful staff. They spend the time with you to help you pick out the perfect thing. The staff is very knowledgeable on all the products.

Friendly personal, provided water as I waited for a sales rep, and very professional team. A mens collection would be great! Thick leather band and sliders instead of charms! Same concept however all the charms would slide flat on the leather band! Good luck! When it happens, share the love! LOL!
