Pandora Jewelry

I went in to pandora on a Friday night to buy charms for my friends bracelet who's getting married. Michelle took care of me this time, she was very patient with me as I was very picky and indecisive and showed me every charm I was looking for. She was very nice and even showed me some more charms that I hadn't thought of. I'm always happy with my pandora experiences, but Sheila and Michelle are THE BEST and make my shopping better every time

Sales associate and others were extremely friendly and our associate was very knowledgeable. Gave us options for a future purchase for my wife. Offered water to my daughter and myself

The workers were extremely helpful when I was looking. They even showed me certain things that were on sale. I showed one worker one of the rings I was looking for and showed me one that was even better and I liked it so much more than the original one I was looking for.

Salesperson was great

We were promptly greeted by a Representative. The representative requested a sales person to assist me in my shopping event. The representative was very cordial, knowledgeable and helpful in my shopping experience. The checkout process was well managed.

She was happy to show me anything. At one point she let me just have my way with the tray to stack rings and see what I liked. She was patient and just so fun to work with.

The store was very clean and organized. Upon arrival, two employees approached us and asked if we needed help. Later, one revisited us and asked once more, and she helped us take a closer look at the bracelet charms and clips. Overall, the service was great and there was a nice variety of jewelry to look at.
