As soon as I entered someone was there to greet and help me. The store was clean and very organized. It was very easy to locate the items I wanted and there was a large variety.

The sales associate, Jahaira, was a joy to work with. Not only was she extremely accommodating (she helped me rearrange my existing/new charms on my bracelet to be more balanced), but she also shared some of the other services that Pandora offers (i.e. free cleaning for Pandora jewelry). Of all the times I've been in the store, no associate has ever told me about this service. I appreciate her assistance tremendously. Thank you.

The saleswoman was helpful in helping pick a Birthday/Mother's Day gift. She was patient with me and asked me questions on what my mom likes.

I was purchasing a gift for my daughter’s sweet sixteen birthday. The staff was very friendly and helpful in picking out and recommending gift ideas. I not only purchased a beautiful rose gold crown ring for her, but a sweet sixteen charm for her Pandora bracelet.
