I had a very friendly and courteous associate. Susan S. helped me pick out the perfect safety chain for my bracelet. She explained how the chain worked and informed me that my charms would stay on the bracelet. Also that I would not have the chance to loose the bracelet with the safety chain. She also showed me a few charms that I was interested in for future purchases. She was knowledgeable about the Pandora products and informed me of when the new Mother's day charms would be at the store. I had a great Pandora shopping experience with Susan.

Jenny was very helpful and assisted us right away! She wasn’t pushy with the sale and took the time to show us the new spring collection! She new a lot of information about the charms and gave her opinion on what charms went together nicely! We ended up buying two and we were very satisfied! Will definitely return to that store and ask for her next time too!!
