Briana made my purchase experience comfortable and she was a delight to work with and have her walk me thru the process of knowing more about Pandora and I would unequivocally recommend her as a great aid in buying Pandora products in the future. She is patient with the customer and very knowledgeable.

Cara and Annie were both very sweet and more than willing to help. I have made 3 purchases on different days just this week and this was the only time i was satisfied. Though it has been busy because of the holidays (I work in the mall as well), some of the associates could have been a little more pleasing. They seemed to be in a rush. I went in all 3 times knowing exactly what I needed and was very polite. Some girls seemed as if they did not want to help me and did not want to engage in any kind of conversation. But, my most recent visit, I went in for 2 rings and knew exactly which ones, when I told Cara which ones, she took me straight to them with no issues. They both were very bubbly and outgoing, and extremely personable which makes me more comfortable. Cara also reminded me that when i spend $150 i get 25% off and then continued to help me find a charm, which is when Annie came in and helped. Thank you both so much for your help!

The assistant was very patient and explained the jewelery options. She showed us different ways to make the charm bracelets look their bests. She helped get a pandora credit card which lowered our cost but allowed us to purchase more items.

The sales associate was friendly, and helpful. She let me know how to save additional money by opening up a credit card. She also let me know about upcoming sales. She did rush me and took her time to explain any questions I had.

During the holiday season there is always a significant mob of people coming to the store. This branch had a concise and patient way of dealing with the throngs of customers on the busiest time of year. I just came for a gift card for my wonderful girlfriend, but was initially intimidated by the amount of people in the store. I was about to be put on the wait list, but mentioned to the sales representative I was only there for a gift card. The representative Patricia (Pat) immediately accommodated me, asked for my name and I was in and out in a couple of minutes. She was incredibly nice and even remembered my name throughout the transaction, despite having a frequently rotating cast of customers. I'd like to thank her again for the quick service and the personal touch she gives to customers. We'll be coming back soon so I can give my girlfriend a charm, and a wonderful customer experience.
