I stopped in to purchase a charm for my grandson's girlfriend. I was greeted very quickly, and the salesperson showed me exactly what I was looking for. Also, another associate offered me a bottle of water, which was very nice since I was pretty thirsty at the time. The whole transaction took only a few minutes. I love that the salesperson put it in a cute bag too. I won't have to wrap it! I especially like that there were plenty of salespeople there. That doesn't always happen when Christmas shopping at other stores.

The store was well-staffed with plenty of sale associates so the wait time was minimal which is rare to find at any store during the holiday season. My salesperson, Nabeeha B. No. 169478 was very friendly and knowledgeable. This was my first visit to a Pandora store and I was very pleased with the entire experience. I will definitely continue to shop at this location as long as the customer service remains as exceptional as it was today.

I was highly satisfied because everyone was nice and friendly and caring.we were given so many options for rings and other things.the workers made everything easy for us to buy.

The sales Associate was courteous and very knowledgeable regarding the charms, and understood my likes/dislikes of arranging the charms on the bracelet.
