Our clerk greeted us immediately when we entered the store. She brought out trays of bracelets (which is what we were looking for), and then trays of charms. She put them together so that we could see what they looked like prior to our purchase. She made it very easy to purchase.

Sue, who waited on me, was very professional and knowledgeable and yet warm and welcoming.

Sales rep very knowledgeable and helpful. Very nice as well.
