I went to Pandora to get an early Mothers Day gift for my mom. I was greeted at the store by a very nice gentleman name Malachi. He was very patient with me and took his time setting charms up on bangle. If it didnt look right, he took them off and put the charms on another way.

Michelle was extremely helpful. She give me great gift ideas. It was nice to have a shopping experience that wasn’t stressful.

I frequent the Pandora location near me and this was the second time being assisted by Malachi who has made each experience enjoyable, he is very helpful and friendly, no matter how much merchandise I request to view. I’ve always loved the jewelry from Pandora, but I’m leaving this review particularly because of the amazing customer service experience Malachi provided each time I came in contact with him.
