The employee was very friendly. She helped me the whole time. She was knowledgeable in what I had asked.

The sales associate already had several items out & displayed for me to look at when I got to the store. I had called ahead.

I have always been pleased with the service and selection at Pandora. The sales associates have always been nice and patient even when I was super indecisive. They are always willing to suggest items and arrangements on my bracelet.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable knowing exactly what I was looking for. The location was great and the cleanliness of the store was great as well.

The quality of the items were great. Also, the jewelry is always available and do have the sizes. Staff are approachable and accommodating.

Not a lot of charms I’m stock or available in store

I was not highly satisfied because only one associate which was Katyanna greeted me. The only too did not speak just stood around and did not acknowledge my presence. Katyanna is awesome! She different knew the inventory and gave product knowledge.

The credit card machine wasn’t working employees had to share the machine
