Wait was too long.

I was looking for some baking charms and was able to find four the associates was very helpful to help me to help me find them.

I had to wait to be assisted so that is why. Associate was knowledgeable and managed to locate the item I was looking for.

Had to wait outside the store due to lack of sales associates. Didn't have much inventory for the occasion

I went for a sale and the sale had ended but I was told it would last til Mother’s Day

The service was good it took a few minute to be helped once I got inside the store. The service could’ve been a little more helpful It just was outstanding although I love pandora

This particular visit was much better than the previous service I received. During Christmas the assistant manager was very rude to my husband

There was no jewelry cleaning solution, rag, etc.,

I enjoyed the experience I tried to look for things l . I Wasn’t in my hometown I was visiting the area so of course they don’t know me and know what it’s the things that I like so it wasn’t them I just put eyedrops in my eyes so things were blurry to say

There was not a huge selection and I was not able to get my bracelet clean. The associate stated that there was a lot of items on back order.
