the specific bracelet I wanted was not in stock in my size, but I purchased an alternative that was similar. It wasn't exactly what I wanted, and cost a little bit more, but I am satisfied with my purchase.

Selection was limited due to the holiday

Did not have charms I wanted. I called the store to inquire if the charms were in stock and was told they were but no. I am on waiting list for the charms.

INVENTORY and TIME You did not have enough selections in what I was shopping for and also due to the hand written note posted on the door not enough time to look around.

They were out of a lot of items. Few merchandise selections to choose from.

I was greeted upon entering even though the associates were busy with other customers. Once one was free she immediately asked if I needed help and was very knowledgeable.

Sales lady was very helpful and friendly. However, when she passed me off to lady completing purchase, process took a long time. The laid out path to get around the store was a pain. Reminded me of Disney World lines with roped.

My experience was basic. I didn’t have any extra ordinary situations happen.
