Staff was very friendly. The store was clean and easy to look around in. We got a lot of helpful advice.

The associate was prompt to my attention when I entered the store. She was knowledgeable and offered me many suggestions for the rings I was interested in. She also suggested the cleaning service since I already have a Pandora Bracelet. Suggested the survey to get a $10.00 coupon for my next purchase. Over all experience was positive.

The sales associate was polite and helpful during both of my visits. I went in a week ago looking for cuff earrings and I was told they had sold the last pair the day before but she was nice enough to look into the computer and find the item and have it shipped to the store. I received a call from the store the following week that the item was there for pick up. When I got there I found out about the sales and some future sales that I will be looking into, overall I had a pleasant experience both visits and I will be returning for future purchases.

The sales associates were very helpful and friendly. Because of them I spent way more than my intentions. I don't like the way that you view Pandora however; very difficult to see through the showcase. I won't be visiting this store any time soon as I was on vacation and do not plan to be back in this area within the next six months.
