I was highly satisfied due to the excellent customer service that I received. The day before I went into the store to purchase a gift and the lady told me my credit card needed to be activated which I understood was not her fault! But during that visit the customer service was not good, this specific person was not helpful or too friendly her associate was which seemed as if she was in training but the person training her was not friendly or active in helping me! I returned the next day both of the ladies were fantastic I was going to go to the store in Pooler, Ga but decided to give Bluffton another try and I’m glad I did these ladies offered me gift wrapping and a box for the bracelet that was not offered from my first visit!

The customer service was great, and the sales associate helped me through my entire processes. The store was very clean, and it was a great environment. Every sales associate was very friendly and helpful.
