The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The selection was great and surprised to see some of the Rose Collection. It was after the hurricane and many store in this Tanger were not open, glad they were.

Staff were friendly, helpful and smiling. Returned the bracelet I had been given that had a stone missing without a reciept, and was given a brand new one quickly, easily and with no questions asked. The ladies at the Hilton Head island store ensured that pandora was one of the only stores open in the entire outlet mall during the scare of hurricane Florence.
