My mother and I came in pretty late to the store, but the employees were still happy to help us out even though we really had no plan to purchase anything. They were sweet and attentive to us, and had no problems letting us try on rings and measuring our fingers. When I made my purchase the sales associate packaged it my rings beautifully. They were funny and overall the experience was great.

I went in to see what the store had. I had trouble opening the clasp on my bracelet and a few times when my husband did it charms flew everywhere.. The associate that helped me showed me the Care Kit with opener and many other goodies. Problem solved. she also showed me the safety chain on her bracelet that makes charms flying off no longer an issue. I picked out one for my bracelet. She offered to put it on for me if I had a problem. I also picked out a charm for my daughter for Christmas. The associate was most helpful every step of the way.

Shantara was patient, accommodating and helped us select the charms. She showed us any and all charms with wanted to see.
