The employee showing me the charms wasn't the friendliest. She did help me though and tried being helpful. I will still go back ,but hope is in a better day .

This was my first time visiting Pandora in Bluffton, SC. It was busy, but when I walked in, I was greeted immediately and a lady wrote down my infomation and told me it was two people in front of me, but the wait wasn't long. I was given a book to look through while I waited. Jordyn was very polite and very helpful. I purchased two charms and a pandora bracelet that was on sale. She was very patient and answered all my questions. I will definitely be back to purchase more charms. Thanks for your great service Pandora!!! (Bluffton, SC)

My 12 year old son wanted to pick out something for me for mothers day. I kept trying to leave the outlet center, but he insisted he was getting me a new Pandora charm. I took him inside and Julie was coming from the back as we walked in, and she was cheerful and greeted us and I gave her my debit card and told her that he could pick out whatever he wanted. She was so happy to help him find something and every time I looked inside, I could see her pulling trays for him to look at, or talking to him. He was there for 30 minutes and he was so excited to have found the perfect gift, thanks to Julie's patience and helpfulness. I have worked in customer service and know it can be testing to have to help someone who is indecisive, especially when the rest of the store is busy. But for her to help a child and keep that wonderful attitude really made an impression.
