Sales Person, Julie R., was very personable, very helpful and very knowledgable. This was the direct opposite experience from my previous visit when a different sales person was not personable and not helpful at ll. It is amazing that two employees of the same store can be so different.

The associate was extremely busy; yet very professional. During this busy season the associate was very attentive and remember my name. I had to leave the store for a few minutes and came back. When I came back to my surprise she called me by name during this chaotic time. The system used to assist the customers were very organized. I will definitely visit this store again when I am in the city.

The sales associate was more than happy to help me try to find a volleyball charm since the sports collection has been discontinued. When we couldn't find one in any store in the US, she helped me find something that resembled a volleyball.
