Though there was a waiting list, I appreciated as soon as we entered the store we were added to the list. Jordyn was very friendly and knowledgeable. I really love the merchandise in this store and it felt like a special shopping experience.

I was in the store the day before Christmas Eve - every employee was very pleasant, helpful, and patient! I was amazed at how willing the sales lady was to work with us and help us with decisions. Even though the store was packed and people were waiting, she never made us feel rushed. She was happy, even after a crazy work day, and was a pleasure to work with!!!

I really enjoy wearing Pandora and how each piece can be uniquely designed for each individual. I've been shopping at this store for quite sometime and will return soon.

Exceptional customer service! I believed i was helped by julie or judy. Her service was very quick! She is an outstanding sales associate. Even though i came there already knowing what i wanted, she still gave me options. That was my second visit to pandora and the second visit was outstanding as well.
