The staff was very helpful and shared some charms I had not thought about. I had never heard of "sweet niece", so I bought one. My friend with me purchased 3 of them. Also found the Christmas stocking that I had never seen before. The staff also found a way for me to get a discount since I was with another person. The store was very open with no crowding. I always enjoy shopping at the Pandora stores, for it is so much fun seeing old and new charms. Please get the company to make a cute "poodle" charm!!!

The sales associate was very friendly and took time to show me pieces in the styles and colors I enjoy. This was my first pandora purchase and I couldn't be more pleased with her advise. I will definitely be making more purchases in the future.

Shopping in a small group, the staff were able to attend to each of our needs as we requested to look at multiple pieces during our visit. We were visiting from out of town, but if I ever returned to the area, I would visit this store again.
