The sales representative was not very friendly, and could have been much more helpful

I was highly satisfied. There’s nothing wrong with the customer service or the store . Everything is great here !

I was pretty satisfied but I wouldn’t say highly satisfied just because the sales person was friendly but at the same time just felt like she didn’t want to be there. So I tired to just get in and out

I didn’t look around the store for cleanliness. The sales associate was pleasant and I was greeted as soon as I entered the store.

My purchase was a success. I went into the store and quickly made my selection. I am very happy with my visit.

Selection of merchandise was of average quantity. The sales rep that worked with us had an average attitude. Did not seem encouraged to make the sale. I felt a bit rushed when looking at charms.

Even though the main pieces I came in for were not available in the outlet store, I found a few other things that worked

I was looking for Christianity/faith related beads for my bracelet but there were only 2 available - a small cross or a big cross. I was hoping to find a few different options, I would have bought a few of them if they were available.
