Items I selected were not available in the size or metal I wanted. I had to choose something else. The salesgirl was very nice, they just didn't have enough stock.

You guys have spend 150 or more get free bracelets and the stores seem to only have small size. I feel if some spends this amount of money pandora she still order bracelets for customers not just say we don’t have anymore

The staff was kindly to greet me with a smile when I arrived. Associate was very helpful and quick to assist me in my purchase.

Love the charms and service

The attendant that helped us at first was not friendly at all, she gave me what I needed but found some issue with the charm and asked for another one, not patiently she gave the other one like she didn’t want to and for my sadness was a charm with a little dent and when I showed her couple times she acted like she didn’t care , well if I’m paying for it I want something that looks new not used and scratched… at the end since I was leaving the town that day I just got two that she gave me that did not look new AT ALL … when she saw that we were to buy more than one (me and my aunt) she started to treat us a little better but not close to what I’ve seen in other Pandora’s. But the other attended that cleaned my grandma’s charms was very polite and since I entered the store I wished she was the one who would come and help me even though I already knew what I wanted to purchase.

Nice place for especial occasion I love it more the rings and bracelets is nice to have a place with all good things to buy for mom friends and daughter

I was highly satisfied with my Pandora experience. The customer service was amazing & the assistance was extremely fast . The sales associate had some amazing options & they really helped out a lot .
