Sales person seemed new and not familiar with products

entering the store there was a rope across the front door we thought we was going in the wrong way, so we ask the associate who remove the rope are going in the wrong way? and why it was there, the associate said with an attitude, because of social distant, but their was on one in the store.

I could not see the charms well so I asked the associate to assist. She gave me the wrong information on the charm and now I have a Santa charm., but I don't celebrate birthdays. I'm very disappointed about that.

The prices! The one I wanted did not look the same in the photo. Also looking.

They did not have what I was looking for.

Would like more professional charms. Wanted a law enforcement charm but learned the law enforcement charm was discontinued. More rose gold variety. There was only a partial tray plus a Christmas selection. For only having a small variety of rose gold it makes it difficult to fill a rose gold bracelet with a small amount of charms.

Very uncomfortable with the assistance manager lingering by the Sales associate almost like she did not trust her. No professionalism from Manager, who I had a negative experience before.

My sales associate was fairly new, so it took a little longer for her to find charms and get the pricing on them.
