I came for claps for my bracelet. The case I was looking at was supposed to be half off. I saw prices before me. It was not explained that the half off was off the original price & not the visible price. Disappointed about the entire situation. I still purchased an item that I settled for. I will return but would request another associate.

The store really didn't have to much of merchandise in it. I waited a long time to enter the store because only one rep person was working with the customers.

Well first of all it was my first time in the store and I didn't know what to expect.

I would like there to be more options available for specialty location charms. I think you should offer cleaning rag with purchase.

After I made my purchase I asked about a military discount she said yes but the sale was completed. She did not offer to adjust or rering

I wish they had more of a variety of Disney charms.
