We had to wait a bit because they said we had to wait for a sales rep, but when were were next they let 2 girls in behind us to walk around and look in the store so not sure why we had to wait and they didn't.

The people were really nice

My salesperson was Ardis, I believed she was the store manager, pleasant and quite helpful, she seemed to know the merchandise really well

The store manager Ardis is awesome at all time Super friendly

Outlet store price is higher than online

Bigger selections would be a nice touch. Because this location is an outlet store, the selections are limited.

It took about half an hour to be assisted and I would like it if there were more employees available to help out the multiple customers that kept on entering the store.

This sales person was new. She had problems finding prices on items.

Sometimes associates do not greet you upon entry to the store. Even if there is a wait, they should at least acknowledge a customer's entrance. Also there are items I see online that are not availablein store; not sure if that is because they sold out or because I am visiting an outlet store

When I went to check out the terminal glitched and froze but the funds was taken from my account making me late for work
