While purchasing my bracelet it was dropped. Because it was dropped i think it is defective and it keeps opening and falling. I wish she would have replaced it when she dropped it.

I’ve been to other high end stores in this same outlet and it takes most sales associates an average of 5 mins to assist their customers. I was greeted when I walked in and waited maybe 1-2 mins for assistance. The sales associate was helpful, friendly, educated me on my warranty and cleaning products I could use on my new jewelry. Will be coming back to this location for sure.

I had to wait to make my purchase. The sales people were doing the best they could to accommodate but as usual there is a wait.

I was not highly satisfied because of the organization of the charms. Too many trays not readily visible. I had to wait for the salesperson to pull out tray after tray to for me to look for something that caught my eyes.

The associate was rather impatient with us...we must have interrupted her task when we stopped in to shop and spend our money. She was quite to the point and asked us what we needed, she helped us and wanted to check us out quickly, even though we asked questions about several other things....we wanted to consider.

I don't usually give a highly satisfied rating unless something or someone goes above and beyond to help or a major purchase. I was satisfied in what I bought or I wouldn't go back. I'm happy with purchase.

It took some time for someone to attend me. The seller just showed me the worst charms I guess, because I didn’t like any of them I had to keep asking if they had what I wanted. Slow service
