When I arrived at the store the two associates was assisting a customer, they di acknowledge my presence but the wait time was rather long. When it was my turn I had questions in which the associate was very informative, at that time my lunch hour was over. I believe when the store is full a manager should have step in to help.

Was on vacation and at the shopping center on the 1st and realized that night my bracelet with charms had fallen off either at the shopping center or dinner and reached out on Facebook to see if anyone had turned it in at the store. I went to the store on Wednesday and there were two employees, one was busy with customers and the other was not. I was not approached or asked if needed assistance by her. I had to ask to see a charm and she didn’t seem to want to help me. When I asked about some clips, she pointed vaguely and said they are over there. Additional customers came in and the blonde associate went to assist them and another customer came in and Angelas started helping them. I was frustrated and left. When heard from Jordan on Facebook, I explained what had happened in the store and Jordan messaged apologizing and offering to turn my experience around and pulled the charms in stock I was looking for. Went back Friday evening and Haley turned my experience around. She was very knowledgeable and even searched for my lost charms in other locations.

I have a ring that I have had just over a year and the silver is coming off. I understand the warranty is for a year but no one could tell me why this was happening to my ring. I have tons a jewelry and none of my other pieces and done this.

Retired charms needed more options. Had to wait five minutes before someone said be right with you.

Overall, all went well, it was just crowded, and we had to sign in and wait for a sales associate. I estimate that i waited almost an hour to be seen for my exchange.
