when behind counter being showed items being pulled out the ladies are on top of each other too pull trays out and show items too customers and there customers are practically on top of you, yes its the holiday but personal space is uncomfortable when you are trying too talk and decide to make a purchase then when you have your wallet out and pay with credit card there is no privacy too access you pin number, not a good experience when you are on the counter and customers are right next too you. How do you know they are not trying too track your credit info. the sales agent was good but the environment was wrong as well as all the other ladies on top of each other, lacking of class.

1 week before christmas and only 2 staff people working. There were 3 sales people there but the third one was in training. they did not have the item I wanted but I was able to order it online, but the online Pandora sent me the wrong ring.

Pandora needs to get a IT person to update your whole system of selling merchandise. To have to find the item you want then the sales person has to find it in a book, may also have to look into another book, then scan the item ...this if you have the scanner because people are always borrowing the one you have, then you have to get it back to scan the item ....now you finally have a price this is an obsolete system!!!! I was I this store for over 1 hr to buy 4 items?!!!! The solution: item is on the card , you put a scan number on the back of this card or tag...... scan the item ....price is adjusted in the whole system ....bam you have a price.....no looking in books to find the item. YOUR CURRENT SYSTEM IS REDUCULOUS!!!!!!! And yes your employeees also feel the same about your system!!! And also customers are frustrated with waiting to look up a price.

The sales associate Taissa didn’t know what the products the store had like charms. She was stating one price but another price was on the tag. She wasn’t very helpful.

Took a while before we were serviced. Did not appear to be enough staff available to service customers. Did not feel like I had sales associate full attention.
