Pandora Jewelry

After I had left the store wearing my bracelet, I realized the plastic Pandora Guitar pick had not been included-- 2 were included 4 years ago with my initial purchase. ( That bracelet & Picks were stolen from me!). I was told I had to buy a $15 cleaning kit to remove my bracelet now. I did, but that is way overpriced, and the silver tone pick doesn't work as well.

Inventory was very limited. Unable to really look at product since they were unable to pull product out for review. Associate Laquandra seemed not quite awake or unsure of where to find information on the products.

Didn’t get greeted in a friendly manner.

Sales associate was rude

The tray that had the one's that were suppose to be 50% off was. quoted to me that it was certain one's on the tray

The lady that helped me just seemed like she did not want to be there. There was no friendly conversation she just did her job and that was it.

Shamora G helped me make my selections on what I wanted to purchase and my mom was with me asking questions about rings she wanted to purchase. Shamora G seemed to ignore my mom even when I wasn’t even needing Shamora’s assistance because I was done making selections. It seemed like she didn’t want to help my mom because she might not have purchased anything. She might’ve if Shamora G would’ve been more attentive and helpful and not ignore her. I didn’t like that.

When I buy online the system said the pandora has a curbside, that is perfect when I work all day, but when I’m on curbside and follow the email instructions, the lady that answered the call said they no have curbside service, she is little be rude. All this really messed up my schedule.

Lots of personnel talking among themselves. Outlet price for a discontinued Disney charm was $10 more than the price at the Disney Spring location.
